Recent "evidence" is strongly pointing to the 6.1L returning for the 2010 model year... from what I see the 6.1L is currently listed as "standard" equipment on the 2010 300, Charger, Challenger, Grand Cherokee. Resume - you are correct to assume this. There is a bump in power as there are 8.4 powertrain left over from the Viper production that will end up in special HO models.
