Test drives help to fund schools

Chrysler LLC last Wednesday kicked off the first leg of its national Dodge Journey Drive for the Kids School Challenge at Field Elementary School in Canton.

The program raises money for community schools through a program that has licensed adult drivers test drive the new Dodge Journey at participating schools.

Chrysler donates $5 to each school for the first 100 test drivers and $10 for each drive over 100. The school with the most test drives gets a $5,000 donation from Chrysler.

Coming up: Chrysler will sell Dub editions of the Chrysler 300 and Dodge Charger this spring.
