August 13, 2007 - 12:01 am ESTDETROIT -- Chrysler named Ronald Kolka senior vice president and CFO. Kolka will report to Bob Nardelli, who became Chrysler CEO on Aug. 5.
Kolka was Chrysler's vice president of corporate finance. He will oversee the treasury, tax and audit departments.
Chrysler also named four vice presidents who will report to Kolka: Kim Harris Jones, chief controller; Laurie Macaddino, corporate audit and compliance; Karla Middlebrooks, product procurement and cost management finance; and Paul Wolff, chief tax counsel.
